Las presentes condiciones generales regulan la contrataci\u00f3n de servicios tur\u00edsticos ofrecidos por North Adventure<\/strong>, agencia especializada en experiencias tur\u00edsticas en el \u00c1rtico noruego, con base en Troms\u00f8, Noruega.<\/span><\/p>\n

La contrataci\u00f3n de cualquiera de nuestros servicios implica la aceptaci\u00f3n de las siguientes condiciones legales y generales.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Reservas y contrataci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

Las reservas podr\u00e1n realizarse a trav\u00e9s de la p\u00e1gina web oficial de North Adventure o mediante contacto directo por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/span><\/p>\n

La reserva quedar\u00e1 confirmada una vez:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Realizado el pago correspondiente<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Enviada la confirmaci\u00f3n de reserva por parte de la agencia<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    El cliente es responsable de proporcionar informaci\u00f3n correcta y actualizada durante el proceso de reserva.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Para contratar cualquier servicio, el cliente deber\u00e1 ser mayor de 18 a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n

    3. Precios y pagos<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

    Todos los precios mostrados en la web est\u00e1n expresados en euros (\u20ac) e incluyen impuestos aplicables.<\/span><\/p>\n

    North Adventure se reserva el derecho de modificar precios por:<\/span><\/p>\n

    • fluctuaciones del transporte<\/span><\/li>\n
    • variaciones del tipo de cambio<\/span><\/li>\n
    • incremento de tasas o costes externos<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      El precio final confirmado en la reserva ser\u00e1 el v\u00e1lido para ambas partes.<\/span><\/p>\n

      4. Pol\u00edtica de cancelaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Cancelaciones realizadas con m\u00e1s de 30 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n: reembolso parcial seg\u00fan servicios contratados.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Cancelaciones realizadas entre 30 y 15 d\u00edas antes del viaje: gastos de cancelaci\u00f3n del 50%.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Cancelaciones con menos de 15 d\u00edas: no reembolsable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Algunas actividades o servicios espec\u00edficos pueden tener condiciones particulares.<\/span><\/p>\n

        5. Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas y fuerza mayor<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

        North Adventure no podr\u00e1 considerarse responsable por modificaciones o cancelaciones provocadas por:<\/span><\/p>\n

        • Condiciones meteorol\u00f3gicas adversas<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Problemas de seguridad<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Fen\u00f3menos naturales<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Huelgas, restricciones o circunstancias fuera del control de la organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Fen\u00f3menos naturales como auroras boreales o determinadas condiciones del sol de medianoche no pueden garantizarse al 100%.<\/span><\/p>\n

          En caso necesario, la agencia podr\u00e1 modificar actividades o itinerarios priorizando siempre la seguridad del cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n

          \n

          6. Seguridad y responsabilidad<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

          El cliente se compromete a seguir las instrucciones de seguridad indicadas por gu\u00edas, operadores y personal colaborador durante todas las actividades.<\/span><\/p>\n

          La participaci\u00f3n en actividades de naturaleza y aventura implica ciertos riesgos inherentes al entorno \u00e1rtico.<\/span><\/p>\n

          Cada cliente es responsable de:<\/span><\/p>\n

          • Valorar su estado f\u00edsico antes de participar<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Utilizar ropa y equipamiento adecuados<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Informar sobre posibles limitaciones m\u00e9dicas relevantes<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            North Adventure recomienda disponer de:<\/span><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Seguro de viaje<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Seguro de cancelaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n
            • Cobertura m\u00e9dica internacional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n

              7. Protecci\u00f3n de datos<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

              Los datos personales facilitados por los clientes ser\u00e1n tratados de forma confidencial y utilizados \u00fanicamente para:<\/span><\/p>\n

              • Gesti\u00f3n de reservas<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Organizaci\u00f3n del viaje<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Atenci\u00f3n al cliente<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                North Adventure no compartir\u00e1 informaci\u00f3n personal con terceros ajenos a la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio.<\/span><\/p>\n

                8. Turismo responsable<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

                North Adventure promueve un modelo de turismo sostenible y respetuoso con el entorno natural y cultural del \u00c1rtico noruego.<\/span><\/p>\n

                Los viajeros deber\u00e1n:<\/span><\/p>\n

                • Respetar el medio ambiente<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Seguir las normas locales<\/span><\/li>\n
                • Minimizar el impacto sobre la naturaleza y comunidades locales<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. Reclamaciones<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

                  Cualquier reclamaci\u00f3n relacionada con los servicios contratados deber\u00e1 comunicarse a la agencia lo antes posible y, en cualquier caso, dentro de los 30 d\u00edas posteriores a la finalizaci\u00f3n del viaje.<\/span><\/p>\n
