Travel y el viajero en relaci\u00f3n con:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Viajes combinados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Circuitos para grupos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Paquetes tur\u00edsticos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servicios de alojamiento, transporte y actividades<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servicios cancelaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Requisitos de accesibilidad<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Necesidad de documentaci\u00f3n (DNI, pasaporte, visado)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Esta informaci\u00f3n forma parte del contrato.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><b> Precio del viaje<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El precio incluye \u00fanicamente los servicios especificados en el programa o ficha t\u00e9cnica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>El precio NO incluye:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tasas tur\u00edsticas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bebidas o extras en hoteles<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Servicios opcionales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gastos personales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seguros no contratados<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Revisi\u00f3n de precios<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El precio podr\u00e1 modificarse \u00fanicamente por:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Variaci\u00f3n del coste del transporte<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cambios en tasas o impuestos<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Fluctuaci\u00f3n del tipo de cambio<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cualquier modificaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 comunicada al viajero con al menos <\/span><b>20 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li><b> Forma de pago<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Reserva: se abonar\u00e1 el importe indicado en cada producto.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Resto del pago: deber\u00e1 completarse antes de la fecha l\u00edmite indicada.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La falta de pago podr\u00e1 considerarse <\/span><b>desistimiento del viajero<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li><b> Modificaciones del viaje por parte del viajero<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El viajero podr\u00e1 solicitar cambios, pero:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Estar\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Podr\u00e1n generar gastos adicionales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deber\u00e1n solicitarse por escrito<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li><b> Cesi\u00f3n de la reserva<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El viajero podr\u00e1 ceder su reserva a otra persona que cumpla los requisitos del viaje.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Debe comunicarse <\/span><b>con al menos 7 d\u00edas de antelaci\u00f3n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li><b> Cancelaciones por parte del viajero<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El viajero podr\u00e1 cancelar el viaje en cualquier momento, debiendo asumir:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gastos de gesti\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Gastos de anulaci\u00f3n del proveedor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Penalizaciones seg\u00fan la antelaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si el viaje incluye vuelos, hoteles o servicios no reembolsables, se aplicar\u00e1n las condiciones del proveedor.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"9\">\n<li><b> Cancelaci\u00f3n por parte de Senior &amp; Go Travel<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La agencia podr\u00e1 cancelar el viaje cuando:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No se alcance el n\u00famero m\u00ednimo de participantes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Existan causas de fuerza mayor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los proveedores cancelen los servicios<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">En estos casos, el viajero tendr\u00e1 derecho al <\/span><b>reembolso total<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, sin penalizaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><b> Ejecuci\u00f3n del viaje<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Senior &amp; Go Travel se compromete a:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prestar los servicios contratados<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ofrecer asistencia en destino<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Resolver incidencias con diligencia<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si un servicio no puede prestarse, se ofrecer\u00e1:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una alternativa equivalente<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O un reembolso proporcional<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><b> ejecuci\u00f3n del viaje<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los da\u00f1os causados por falta de organizaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La informaci\u00f3n precontractual<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No ser\u00e1 responsable de:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">P\u00e9rdida de objetos personales<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Retrasos por causas externas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Incumplimientos de proveedores por fuerza mayor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li><b> Seguros<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El viajero podr\u00e1 contratar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seguro de asistencia<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seguro de cancelaci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Seguro de equipaje<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Algunos viajes pueden incluir un seguro b\u00e1sico obligatorio.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"13\">\n<li><b> Documentaci\u00f3n necesaria<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El viajero es responsable de llevar:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">DNI o pasaporte en vigor<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Visados (si aplica)<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span
